Lionel Richie has added an additional Belfast date to his tour playing both the 16th and 17th March. Tickets for the additional date go on sale 20th November. Richie’s success story over nearly 30 years is legendary, having sold over 100 million albums, written some of the most well known and best loved songs in the world – won a staggering five Grammy Awards, one Oscar, and a Golden Globe, not to mention the pile of American Music Awards,

The People’s Choice Award and the Crystal Award for Humanitarianism, the UK’s MOBO Award and many others too numerous to mention.

Lionel’s blistering live performances will give fans the chance to hear ALL THE HITS, ALL NIGHT LONG as he performs classics including Three Times a Lady, Running With the Night, Penny Lover, Easy, All Night Long, and Dancing on the Ceiling and introduces tracks from his fabulous new album including his new single “I Call It Love”, “All Around the World” and “Why”.

The gig takes place 13th March 2009 in Dublin’s O2 stadium. Tickets will be from 59.80, 65.70, 76.25 Euro and will go on sale Next Wed 22nd Oct at 9am from all Ticketmaster outlets nationwide booking line no.0818 719 300 and online at www.ticketmaster.ie
